Welcome to San Diego, where leadership meets with intention, community, and the warmth of the Pacific Ocean breeze!

Mifgash 2027 brings CEOs and executive directors of JCCs and independent JCC Camps together to connect with peers, learn as a community, and lead the JCC Movement forward.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in deep conversations, shared reflections and renewal, and the welcoming embrace of our host community at the Lawrence Family JCC in San Diego.

For three days together, you’ll explore the realities of leading a JCC or independent JCC Camp right now—the complexity, the creativity, and the possibilities. And you’ll do it alongside colleagues who understand the stakes. Mifgash 2027 is more than a conference; it’s a moment to reconnect with the reasons you lead, how you can better support your community, and how we move the movement forward together.

Planned With You, By You
