Come Early, Engage Early
Optional meetups and pre-conference programming will be available on Monday evening and Tuesday morning. In a Jewish service-learning program with JFS on Tuesday morning, participants will create care packages for unhoused people to mark MLK Jr. Day. (More details coming soon.)
Plenaries That Connect and Inspire
Three plenaries will bring all attendees together: one to open Mifgash, one at the midpoint to reconnect, and a special closing session to carry us forward until we gather again in 2028. Each one will connect your leaders to your colleagues and to the wider work of the JCC Movement. They’ll also focus on building JCCs and independent JCC Camps that are ready to address the needs and possibilities of the Jewish future.
An Evening Celebration
On Tuesday night, unwind and celebrate with our hosts at the Lawrence Family JCC.
Immersive Experiences at the Lawrence Family JCC
Tour the Lawrence Family JCC and see it in action.
Intensives
When you register, you’ll choose one intensive (two connected 90-minute sessions), and at the end of the three hours, you’ll have a workable action plan for an important aspect of your work.
Intensives to choose from include AI (with separate tracks for CEOs and senior professionals), Major Gifts and Fundraising, Strategic Planning, Early Childhood, and Global Jewish Innovation.
Workshops
Workshops are 60-minute sessions that focus on individual topics and skills associated with JCC Association’s Centers of Excellence. Jewish Peoplehood topics address how to lead Jewishly through change; Talent Development topics cover HR, board development, and change management; and Innovation and Impact sessions concentrate on fostering innovation, demonstrating impact, and strengthening operations. Choose the sessions that matter most to you and your community.
Networking and Connection
These scheduled sessions and informal moments—the most enthusiastically attended in 2026—will provide time to reconnect with peers and meet new colleagues. Among the sessions will be a “Human Library,” in which participants match based on shared experiences.
