About Kivunim
Kivunim (Hebrew for directions) is designed to increase first-time JCC CEOs/EDs understanding of Jewish life and learning, helping their JCCs to better achieve their Jewish mission. It also provides new execs with the opportunity to share their professional challenges, build a collegial network and benefit from resources offered by JCC Association. The cohort program lasts 12 months and is preceded by an in-person gathering for participants. The program is available by invite to all first time JCC executives.

Kivunim at Mifgash 2026
The Kivunim Mifgash experience kicks off on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. ET and will conclude just prior to the official start of Mifgash 2026. Invited Kivunim participants only need to register for Mifgash. Your Kivunim participation will be confirmed during your January session.
