About Kivunim
Kivunim (Hebrew for “directions”) is a 12-month cohort program for first-time CEOs and executive directors of JCCs and independent JCC Camps that increases understanding of Jewish life and learning and provides opportunities to share professional challenges, build a collegial network, and learn about and benefit from JCC Association resources. The program kicks-off with an in-person gathering immediately prior to the start of Mifgash and is available by invitation (from JCC Association) to all first time CEOs and executive directors of JCCs and independent JCC Camps.
Kivunim at Mifgash 2027
Kivunim will begin on Monday, January 18, 2027, at 11 a.m. PT and will conclude before Mifgash 2027 begins. Kivunim participants only need to register for Mifgash. Kivunim participation will be confirmed separately.
New CEOs and executive directors of JCCs and independent JCC Camps who have not been connected to the Kivunim team should email Deann Forman, executive director of JCC Association’s Center for Innovation and Impact.
